very unhelpful customer service...
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Peppermayo. I ordered 6 different dresses on March 19, 2025. Four of them were delivered quite quickly on March 24, while the last two didn’t arrive until two months later on May 30. I returned 3 of the dresses from the first delivery before the last ones arrived. When the final two dresses arrived on May 30, I contacted Peppermayo for assistance with returning them, as I was unable to fill out the return form on their site. Peppermayo promised to send me a return label so I could send the remaining dresses back.
Despite 4 follow-up emails and multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them by phone, they never sent the return label. I have yet to receive a refund for the dresses. I am incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and very angry with this treatment. I can only advise others to avoid purchasing from this company, as they still owe me $210 USD.
