Order Cancellation Support
When I ordered the wrong size twice by accident customer support staff were understanding and were able to cancel my orders and refund me so that I could then order the correct size. Unfortunately, it was challenging to get to that point because the system did not allow me to make changes to my order even though it claimed I had 15 minutes to do so and all of the automated responses in the chat support told me there was nothing that could be done to help me. If you find this happens to you, ask to speak to a customer support member as that was the point when someone was willing to help.

I ordered a few dresses for next day arrival and was concerned based on reviews I saw on trust pilot regarding shipping time & customer service. My dresses shipped immediately and I received them within 24 hours. The quality was also good! I would order from them again.
Return policy sucks!!!!
When I'm buying something online, without being able to try it on, I want to know that I can return it. Beware- their website indicates that returns are available but when I tried returning, then the policy was that on sale items could not be returned or exchanged. It was not on clearance or a final sale, just a regular sale.

Deceiptful exchange process
I bought a shirt on sale. It didnt fit and I wanted to simply exchange for the next size. When trying to process it as an exchange, it said all the sizes above it are sold out - I can only return, with an $18 shipping fee, or exchange for a store credit. I opted for the exchange and store credit. However, immediately after I did this I looked at the website and the size I needed WAS in stock at full price. Sooo, I couldn't actually exchange for a different size - even though they say that is an option - but I could opt for a credit (which isn't received until I send back the one I have) OR I can repurchase at full price now because I don't want to risk waiting for the credit for 2 weeks and then have the size I need actually be out of stock.
What a complete scam. I will now have a credit at this store, which I will use and NEVER shop with them again.
Refund policy is a joke
Well, ordered 1 dress 2 sizes, on my credit card! Looked like a big company. Both weren't right, so did a return. Had 2 options to spend £4 per dress to return or £20, which I didn't understand, so I chose the £4.00. It also ask me to request if I wanted the money back to my card or a credit note; I chose my card, but I have not had that, I had 2 credit notes!! I can not afford to loose £152 - do not buy from this company in Chichester

Very poor customer service and returns policy. My daughter bought a dress, didn't fit and was concerned the next size up wouldn't fit either. Charged her £20 for the privilege of returning!!!! Absolutely shocking and I believe goes against distance selling laws in the UK. Never ever buy from this company 😡

This is the worst place to deal with. My daughter ordered a dress for a school dance to have it delivered in the wrong state! She even paid the extra shipping to make sure it was here on time. I asked for a refund and they wanted to send me another dress. She doesn’t need it. She had to go buy another one. Then I ask for my money and tell them we don’t need it and they wanted to give me store credit. Yeah. No thanks. Then tell me they are taking a $20 fee from the refund and say the issue has been resolved. Why do we need to give them $20 for a mistake they made? Shittiest company ever. NEVER buy from here.
Saved my bridesmaid dresses
I ordered the heavy hearted black dresses for my bridesmaids. Last minute we realised the stitching hasn’t been completed properly and I was panicking as it was past the return timeframe. The ladies at Peppermayo have been amazing and have allowed me to exchange the dress and to ensure it is on time for my wedding. I absolutely cannot thank you enough for the fast response and allowing this!

Order was delayed months and can’t contact support
I ordered a dress and months went by where it wasn’t even dispatched. I tried to get in touch with support and it causes so much stress as I went weeks without response. Their email support says you will receive a response in 48 hours then you don’t receive a response at all. Their phone number takes you straight to a message bank. I’ve left voicemails with no response. After things went wrong, I saw on social media that so many other girls were having the same problem The lack of contact options is really poor and I wouldn’t order there again.
Poor customer service
I wish I came to the reviews before purchasing. I ordered some items about two weeks ago and at the checkout it auto corrected my address leaving out the number, I proceeded with the checkout and noticed a minute after.
Immediately I reach out to customer service with the correct address and was told that there was nothing they can do, I have to fill in a form and hope for the best basically. The warehouse will be notified once the form has been filled in. From that day, it took over 7 days (mutable opportunities for this to be rectified) however the items were still shipped out with an incomplete address. It landed in the UK for it to now be returned to sender.
Poor customer, no support. Fist and last time - would not recommend.

Peppermayo nearly ruined my 21st birthday...
I ordered from Peppermayo on 11 January for my 21st birthday on 20 February. The order stopped updating on 21 January and never arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer service was dismissive and unresponsive, repeatedly deflecting responsibility to the courier while offering no real updates, solutions, or compensation. After weeks of follow-ups, communication stopped altogether.
Because of Peppermayo’s delays, I was left scrambling to find a replacement outfit for a milestone birthday I had planned well in advance. For a brand that targets young women and special occasions, the lack of accountability and care is shocking.
Do not order from Peppermayo if timing matters!! When something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

I ordered a dress, got the money deducted from my account right away and never received the dress. I received a tracking number and an email saying the shipment shipped but then nothing else. The tracking number didn't show me anything and I called/emailed customer service and never heard back. I ended up disputing it through my credit card, but I would NOT order from here! It's a scam!

I placed an order, entered my address correctly at checkout, and the same address is linked to my PayPal account, so there was no ambiguity or mistake from my side.
Everything was accurate at the moment of purchase. The problem started later, during the shipping process, when the address information was clearly mishandled. The parcel ended up being processed with incomplete or misinterpreted location data, which caused it to be blocked at the courier’s depot instead of being delivered.
This is not a delay. The parcel is not “on the way.” It is stuck because of how the shipping information was transmitted after the order left the seller. The local courier explained very clearly that I cannot change anything, I cannot unlock the shipment, and I cannot even go there and pick it up. Only the sender, or the logistics partner acting on their behalf, can correct the data and release the parcel. So I am completely powerless, even though I am the person who paid.
What makes this worse is the way customer service handled it. Instead of taking real steps to fix the issue with their logistics partner, they repeatedly sent polite messages saying they understand how frustrating it is, often with friendly emojis, but without doing anything concrete. Tickets were closed or marked as resolved even though the parcel remains blocked and undelivered. Providing tracking links or saying the parcel has shipped does not solve the fact that it cannot physically reach me.
Because of this situation, I am left without the items I paid for and without my money, and I had to open a PayPal dispute just to protect myself. It is incredibly frustrating to be dealing with the consequences of a logistics error that did not originate from me, while the seller avoids responsibility by shifting the focus to the courier.
This experience shows a serious lack of accountability when something goes wrong. Think twice before you order.
