I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pepper! Making designer purchases isn’t the norm for me and I’m so glad I chose them when buying my Louis Vuitton speedy 30. My bag came beautifully wrapped and delivery was super fast and was in better condition than I expected for a vintage bag. 100% recommend and I will absolutely buy from them again in the future!

We’re sorry to read your comment, especially since we actually offered you an additional service. At the time you purchased your Chanel bag, we unfortunately weren’t using Entrupy yet. As we’re not allowed to issue certificates ourselves (as they would hold no real value and everyone can make one) we only provide Entrupy certificates for items from our own stock nowadays.Even though this wasn’t possible for your purchase initially, we still offered it to you afterwards as an extra service. The mentioned costs cover not only the certificate itself but also the insured shipping both ways. I did my purchase at the pop-up event and had a great experience while doing it! Since it was my forst designer bag purchase, i was a bit indecisive and the sales advisor was super pacient, giving me options and grabbing other things from the back. Amazing! Very happy with the bag and the experience 🫶🏻

Wat een geweldig bedrijf is dit!! Heb mijn prachtige Gucci tas kunnen bemachtigen tijdens de pop up in Utrecht. 2,5 uur in de rij gestaan maar het was het absoluut waard!

I just received out insert and could not be happier. It fits perfectly well and it is great quality. Unfortunately we faced issues on the delivery (the carrier was at fault) but Marlies was incredibly supportive and helpful. Would recommend a 100%!!
