Simple application and worthwhile experience
Pepper were great in securing us a mortgage. We have a complicated history made even trickier by self employed income being recently added into the mix and Pepper Money gave us a great deal with a reasonable rate in a very quick turn around. As this was my first time using pepper Money, naturally i had many questions around criteria and how to process. At every step of the way, from BDM contact to your colleagues on the phone, they were extremely helpful. I never felt that a silly question or request for processing help was ever an issue.

Pepper Money remove what they don’t want the public to see
Pepper Money’s response is that they have no involvement in the matters I have raised.
What I would like explained is how correspondence relating to a Pepper Money customer came to be included within documentation sent to me as part of a Subject Access Request from Engage Credit.
If Pepper Money have no connection whatsoever, then there should be a straightforward explanation.
Instead of addressing that question, my review has been removed.
The question remains the same: how did correspondence relating to a Pepper Money customer end up within documents sent to me, and why has nobody been willing to explain it?
