The products are beautiful and useful, love everything we bought to the point of buying things for others as a present. Also, their customer service is the best! One of our plant pots was damaged in delivery and Emma quickly arranged a solution! Thank you Emma and Pepin, we will be buying again for sure!

My package unfortunately wasn't delivered, but Pepin immediately send a new one. Great service!

Lovely gifts for my plant-loving family (and me). Express delivery meant I got it in time for xmas presents.

Customer service was responsive. I ordered a bunch of ollas, and one of set of little ones was cracked on arrival. I asked if a partial refund was possible but they refunded the full set of 3 small ones.

Very helpful and responsive and the items are lovely. I fully recommend.

We received a broken item which was replaced very quickly - communication has been fast and very nice - we are very satisfied and will recommend buying from this company.

I had a really bad experience with pepinplantcare. I ordered 6th of december and the package has not arrived yet, so I had to come empty handed to the Christmasparty. Very misleading advertisement on social media, that made me think I could buy a nice gift through this company. It was before I knew that pepinplantcare is an absolute incompetent company that cannot manage their orders at all. Also the customerservice is unhelpfull, after multiple times of complaining, I got the proposition of them to send my package via express delivery (which is taking a week still), stating nothing about extracosts. To my surprise I receive a bill from UPS for the expressdelivery, that I have to pay myself. So it took them 3 weeks to prepare the package and they want to make me pay extra for an "express delivery" that is just as slow as normal delivery for a package that arrives too late for the purpose it was bought for. No words. I dont recommand it to anyone and I will never buy there again.

You advertise the Christmas theme, but I ordered two Pepins on 6 December. After a thousand messages, I still haven't received my order. Now I have nothing to put under the Christmas tree for my parents. What a bad experience.
