Pep & Lekker was started in 2016 by Susan after many years struggling to find clean nutritious plant based food for her son Henry who was vegan. We make delicious mixed seed gluten free crackers that give you energy and support gut health. Loaded with 12 all natural allergy free kitchen cupboard ingredients in all 6 plant groups to provide depth of flavour and support the gut. Our crackers are loaded with functional benefits. High in fibre, and a good source of protein and magnesium. There is no added sugar and our crackers are made with olive oil.

Delicious gluten free crackers

I was given the mixed seed crackers and the rosemary crackers by my son-in -law to try as I struggle to find anything tasty that is gluten free. I have tried rosemary flavoured crackers from M&S and found the flavour overpowering and the texture tough. Both of the Pep & Lekker crackers are delicious with cheese. Hurrah, a great find at last! Thank you Susan.

Delicious crackers

I was given the mixed seed crackers and the rosemary crackers by my son-in -law to try as I struggle to find anything tasty that is gluten free. I have tried rosemary flavoured crackers from M&S and found the flavour overpowering and the texture tough. Both of the Pep & Lekker crackers are delicious with cheese. Hurrah, a great find at last! Delicious Snacks

What delicious snacks. Perfect to keep the hunger at bay without any hidden nasties. Always a firm favourite in our household.

These crackers are delicious

These crackers are delicious, particularly the Rosemary variety.
They are packed full of healthy ingredients, very tasty and are the perfect mid morning snack.
The packaging is very practical with packs of three crackers in each box.

Delicious - definitely recommend 😋

I’ve only tried the rosemary so far and they are delicious. I do think they are fab as a great gluten free option with excellent ingredients. I’m peri-menopausal and changed my diet substantially over the past 6 months to avoid gluten which has helped so much with bloating etc. I am also looking for products without sugar and checking the ingredient list now for nasties including making sure there is no palm oil, sunflower oil or rapeseed oil. I’m actively buying good quality food mostly organic. Just so you know I bought these independently after a friend recommended them so nothing to declare!
These are fantastic! Definitely recommend!
