I was waiting for my exam to start and no one turned up. I had to find ten a number and chat to call them. Apparently there was lot of exams on the day and I was in queue. It was very stressful for me.

No one shown up at time scheduled, but the whole process was smooth one the proctor shown up.

The exam was scheduled to start at 8:10 PM, Saturday, July 11,2026 and the instructor turned up only close to 8:30 PM, a 20- minute delay. Being the certification industry for all kinds of ITIL certifications, a truly global company of this kind should make sure nothing goes wrong on their end. Instead, this PeopleCert does not even have the basic manners of the instructors being on time. I have heard about students being late for an exam, but this is the first time in my lifetime experience that such a Global Industry’s faculty fails to show up on time for the exam. Had the student did this, they would have marked as no show and charged lots of amount for an exam re-take or rescheduling. If the instructor does this, who holds accountability?

The courses themselves are on a different website/with a different company. So you have to register with peoplecert, and get various guidance docs from them, but then go on to a different place to do the course itself. It's very convoluted.
Also, when trying to get from the homepage back to your course or what you need is almost impossible, it just keeps taking you to how you can sign up for courses.
Also, for my exam, the invigilator was 20 minutes late and I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone number or chat for assistance.

Whole exam process was smooth, and invigilator didn't take much time to verify details. The UI of the exam was simple and easy to understand. Thank you very much.
