I recently took an exam with PeopleCert, and the entire process was seamless. The registration and scheduling on the portal were straightforward. On exam day, the online onboarding and proctoring system worked flawlessly—the proctor was professional and guided me through the security checks quickly. The exam interface itself was stable, clean, and easy to navigate.

They were helpful and clear with their instructions when a problem on my end arose; I was able to resolve it and complete the test.

Absolutely shocking. Waited over an hour on the phone for their “emergency technical help” on the day of my exam.

Ended up failing be a very small percentage. Not saying it was because of that but was planning to spend the morning revising.

Instead I was waiting for them to answer the phone - which they didn’t. Ended up having to locate and power up and old laptop.

Not ideal.

the trainer provided relevant samples in relation to our industry, he had a lot of patient and answer our questions. I liked that we had enough pause.
