What am I paying for?

My pen has been in use less than a month. I have studied with it a couple of times. Now the ink is already dry. What am I paying for? When I opened the pen I could see that there has been only approximately 1cm length of ink inside from the start. You can clearly see it and I have a photo of it

My Frixion clicker doesn't need friction to be erased because it doesn't have anything to erase begin with.

I ordered a Christmas calendar and it arrived quickly and in tact. I was very excited for this purchase. I wanted to get two last year and get the free coloring book that came with it but I waited too late and was not able to get one so this year I made sure I got it on time. I have been very pleased with the products behind each door. it's is only day 6 so I am looking forward to more happy surprises. kiitoksia

Well, I'm still waiting for my order which hasn't arrived yet. Super slow, considering that you processed my payment on April 13th and today is April 27th.
I paid 4.88eu in shipping costs, 2 weeks and still waiting!
Update: May 6th, Posti says my parcel was delivered to my address, which it's not true. I wrote Penstore.fi again to let them know.
Update: May 9th, parcel was finally delivered, 4 days short of a month since I paid.
My two cents, if you're in a hurry, don't choose the cheap delivery option.

First order got sent to other side of the country and it has been stuck for days and I can't do anything about it. Second order was supposed to be "fast" yet nothing has happened. At this rate it's better to order somewhere else.

Delay is because post has lost the parcel. Pen-Store has contacted me about the delay.

Good quality product. The delivery time could be shorter.

I ordered four pens to Finland. Since the pens are being shipped from Sweden (a neighboring country), I expected the delivery to take 2–3 days. Amazon ships from Germany in about 5 days, and Sweden is much closer. However, this shipment is handled by a company called 'Asendia', which then forwards the package to the Finnish postal service.

As of April 9, 2025, 8 days have passed since the package was handed over to Asendia on April 2, 2025. I placed the order on March 31, 2025. According to the tracking, the Finnish postal service has not yet received the package. That means the parcel has been sitting somewhere in Asendia’s warehouse or en route for 7 days.

In the internet age, this is very slow. If you're ordering from this online store, be prepared for the possibility that shipping from Sweden to Finland could take a long time — even up to two weeks.

They have a ton of options to choose from, which made finding exactly what I needed super easy.😀
The only thing I noticed was that delivery times were a bit hit or miss, but honestly, it was worth it for the great products I received. Customer service was pretty decent too; the staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. All in all, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend checking them out!
