Pensofal is an Italian company with over 40 years of industrial experience in the design and development of cookware. All our products are based on in-house engineering, proprietary technical specifications, and defined quality-control processes.
Certain product lines, such as the New Era PFAS- and PTFE-free collection, require highly specialized technologies, machinery, and industrial expertise that today are available only in specific global manufacturing districts. For this reason, when a specific production process cannot be carried out internally or in Italy, we rely on carefully selected and audited manufacturing partners, including in China.
Specifically, the New Era line:
- is designed and engineered by Pensofal
- is manufactured according to our proprietary technical specifications
- complies with EU food contact regulations (EC Regulation 1935/2004 and related standards)
- undergoes laboratory testing to certify the absence of PFAS and PTFE
- is subject to continuous quality, safety, and performance controls defined by our internal quality system
The country of manufacture is always indicated on the product and packaging in full compliance with applicable regulations. For us, product quality is determined not by geography alone, but by process control, certifications, testing, and standards.
