Very professional but friendly
Dawn was very professional but friendly which put me at ease. I was given understandable and excellent explanations of what was necessary for me to know for decision making.
When I had a query and left a message any call was quickly returned.
Basically I felt in very safe hands.

The annuity providers can have periods of extended timescales, although recently this had been longer than we had experienced in the past.
Goes the Extra Mile …

The advice I received was managed politely, professionally and everything was explained in a straightforward manner. Pensions are not only a minefield but are also not the most interesting of subjects for most people. The guidance l received from Dawn was detailed and complete but delivered in an empathetic manner which helped me complete the process required to make my pension choice.
