Our team was really excited for these pens. After placing our order, we received a phone call notifying us that two of the colors were out of stock (we ordered the variety pack). We requested that the order be put on hold until all of the colors were in stock. When our order shipped several weeks later, we discovered that there were very few blue pens and no purple pens at all. Additionally, the quality of these pens leaves something to be desired. Many of the pens don't write reliably on Post-it notes. The grip is not rubber or soft; it's hard plastic. The "click" mechanism sometimes fails to retract the ball-point, resulting in repeated "clicks". Overall, they're beautiful, but we were hoping for higher quality. Next time we may have to order a more expensive item.
