The product itself is good quality, but they sent the wrong color, so it throws my brand colors off. They sent black and they should have been the forest green.

I did not get the design I asked for after speaking with women 4 times. It's like no one listened to me. The quality seems cheap, the printing faded, and looks like it will come off soon. I ordered pens as well and it was a fiasco and after 4 weeks, I have not received them yet.
