Product accomplishes the goal, my daughter who is a high school English teacher gives them to struggling students, the pens have the message Ms. Kim believes in you. She has used this before and it never fails to have a positive effect.

30% of pens were not whole. Ive never located all pieces to assemble. I feel robbed. Also the pens that had all pieces had to be screwed tight.

77 pens were missing stuff and when you grab slot of pens to give to someone they come apart very cheap crappy pens
