Designing the logo and proofing the logo was a piece of cake. The finished product came out just as it was proofed. Excellent quality and durability of the base mug. The only issue I had with the mugs is an industrial smell that they smelled of - but a quick soapy wash got rid of that (its just that I had to wash 200 mugs by hand!). I would gladly buy from pens.com again.
