Items came damaged with no resolution.
Items came damaged - when I emailed and sent photos of each item they said they would have to investigate. That was over a month ago. I have constantly asked for updates and there has been absolutely nothing back. They were corporate gifts for our Christmas party and we are just so disappointed in this service. Avoid.

Very Poor Service – Do Not Trust
I ordered products from Pens.com and, more than three weeks later, they still have not been delivered. I have contacted customer service many times, and every time I get the same response: “We will do our best” or “Your delivery will be with you ASAP.” Nothing changes.
No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and no real solution is provided. The service is extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
I would strongly advise others not to trust this company. If you need your order on time or expect proper customer support, look elsewhere.
