We had a very disappointing experience…

We had a very disappointing experience with Pens.com.

We ordered personalised pens with specific wording to be printed on them. When the pens arrived, the text was not printed correctly, and the full wording we requested was missing. We contacted the company straight away and were told over the phone that their UK team would look into the matter.

After that, we heard nothing further until we suddenly received a demand for payment.

We provided photographs showing multiple pens to clearly demonstrate the issue. Despite this, the company responded, stating that the order matched what was submitted online and refused to assist any further. Their only suggestion was that we should place a new order, which is completely unacceptable.

The handling of this complaint has been extremely frustrating, and the level of customer service has been very poor. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable solution.

Based on this experience, we will not be ordering from Pens.com again, and I would advise other businesses to proceed with caution. Very disappointing service. ⭐

Poor service all around....

Pens arrived late.
Logo print was only on one pen.
Then when I emailed them, they took for ever to reply.

After multiple late replies with toing and froing with customer service agents who clearly didn't understand process and how refund works, they did offer a discount. The agent said as 50% of the product has my logo on it , we will offer you a 50% discount... (and the order is a set of two pens in a gift box). Explain that logic??

When I said no, they did offer 60% which I am not interested in as product is of no use to me.

Pens.com used to be very good and I have used for over a decade but last one or two years there customer service has dropped badly.

The pens were very good and write…

The pens were very good and write smoothly. However I discovered there was one short in my order, 49 instead of 50.
No problem or complaint just thought I’d let you know. That said, a good service.

Soft touch 0.7mm fine tip.

50 pen minimum order was a great size for what I wanted. Left handed so wanted fine tip not the huge 1.0mm roller ball smudging pens. The 0.7mm soft touch are amazing and hard to find these days. Logo design format was simple and easy to load onto site. The pens are great quality and even refillable cartridge size not the single reed centre. Can not rave about this order more.
