Pens seem fine. Mixture of colors is wildly biased to colors that people obviously don't order. I seemed to get 80% red, pink, yellow. Almost no blue, light blue, green

arrived in good time. noticed the product sticker to hand wash mugs. I suspect most people will dishwasher them.....I hope they hold up.

Extremely poor and deceptive business practices. I wanted to place an order for a product, and their website clearly states that they have a low price guarantee, on advertised regular and sale products. I found the exact same product for significantly less as a regular price, from a reputable company I've bought from many times before.
When I called to ask for a price adjustment, the sales agent Daniellia first stated that they do not have a low price guarantee. When I read it to them the language direct from their website, it suddenly changed to "well, we have it on some products". No, that's not what your website says.
Then, it became "well, I need to get an authorization from my manager, but they're in a meeting". Odd that a company advertising this only apparently has one individual in the organization who can authorize the price match. I was told I would have an answer within 2 hours.
9 HOURS LATER, I got a response back "We do not have the option to do these for the same price, but I did apply a 15% discount". That still has them over 25% higher than the competitor, and also charging a setup fee, which the other company has built into the price.
Very poor experience, will not buy from them, and based on reviews I've seen on BBB I'm not alone.

my order was double billed and was also shipped way more then I needed or wanted. I know my wife and I mentioned to the caller on the phone that we tried to order pens and mugs online but wouldn't allow it to be sent in one shipment, so we called in to make sure we were not charged shipping twice. instead we were charged the order twice. ill be sure to let my other locations and friends companies never to order from this scam company.

Ordered pens. Pens.com. screwed up the ordered. When I called customer service they were friendly and professional about it. They owned up to the error and explained what had happened. They replaced the order quickly with the correct product. That is impressive to me.

Ordered 250 utility bars and the imprint on 30 of them was not well done. Asked for a replacement of the 30 and not a credit for the 30 as I wanted a total of 250. The replacement process and invoicing was tidious requiring a few phone calls to get it all cleared out. 5 stars to the agents I have spoken to, all were professional and courteous. The rate of 3 stars in for the tidious process of replacement and invoicing.
