I had ordered the identical style of pen a few years back and liked them.
I do NOT like these that arrived.
- The outer case looks and feels cheaper
- The inside is of a much lower quality
- the ball does not write as nicely as the previous version and it is shorter, so as customers pick it up, they automatically try to click it because you cannot see the tip and it appears to be retracted.

Different Deliveries??
I ordered 250 pens and they are coming in three different deliveries. One delivery of all the products would have been preferred.

We were unsatisfied with the finished product that we ordered. After sending in a customer service complaint, it was dealt with very quickly although we did not receive the outcome we were hoping for. Pens is our 'go to' for merch, and we are usually quite happy with their products, so we will continue to use them, as this is the first time the product has not been up to par. Thanks
