Easy and pleasant to choose, the delivery was quick and reliable, the packaging very nice. Only the shipping costs to Israel are very high with 55 Euro...
Also it would be nice to have the measurments of the items on the site.
All in all I can recommend this online shop.

I was sent three emails in very quick succession saying the order was received, packed,sent with tracking number and an hour slot for delivery. I had no problems with my delivery and I did not feel like I had to wait too long for it to arrive.

The ordering service from the company was very efficient. I had to return one item of the order. This was posted back two days ago. Hopefully I will receive a refund soon! I was disappointed in the DHL Courier Service. When I received the package, the box has been badly torn. No apology or explanation given for this.

First time user of Penninkhoffashion website. Impressive service. My boots were delivered within the 5 days promised and beautifully packaged. Rarely have I come across an internet purchase delivered as fast as that to Ireland. Also, the delivery tracking number wasn't on the email so I asked for it and got a same day response with an apology and the tracking number. Highly recommend!

My order was successfully received within 5 days. For USA customers exchange and return was challenging, however, I received a call and resolved the matter within a week.
