I have no comments on your company I have never used it. I must have sign up for it by mistake didn't know I did til I was being charged . Which is why I wanted the account canceled and would like a full refund on what was taken out of my account. Thank you kindly.

I never signed up for this subscription and I find it kind of rude that I have to make a review just to get a subscription I never signed up for canceled, but hey Eric was so helpful!

Your process takes more time than necessary.

Emily, an escalation manager, reached out to inquire about and help resolve my issue with recurrent charges. She was helpful and kind.

3 charges now to my account! I only agreed to pay for shipping of 1 item. Now I have been charged $9.99, $44.00 and $6.95! I don't understand what any of this is for, all VERY misleading! Now they are saying I signed up for some membership!

Im thankful that they are refunding my money for the subscription I didn’t purchase. Also thankful they are refunding the money for the cancellation that I didn’t approve.
