am writing regarding order 026-9295439-3481127, placed on 19 September with an estimated delivery date of 24–25 September.

The order did not arrive, and I urgently needed the banner for 27 September. I contacted the seller (PenguinPrint Canvas) multiple times but have received no response. Despite this, I have been charged £70 for an item I never received and will clearly not receive in time.

This is unacceptable. I request an immediate refund and for this matter to be escalated due to the seller’s failure to deliver and lack of communication.

Please confirm when the refund will be processed.
