Got an email saying it had been…
Got an email saying it had been dispatched but nothing to say when it would be delivered and nothing to say it had been delivered. Also the jacket came in no wrapper or plastic whatsoever, no dispatch note. Had just been chucked into a box. Would expect more from a £170 jacket.

Tried emailing them, but the emails are bouncing back. Tried calling their customer service number but it goes to Information commissioner's office with a name on my phone's as Rushmore law???

Good customer service and good quality products.
Had loads of problems with delivery which was DPD's fault not Penfield's. When I told them what had happened they were very helpful.When I did get the items, I had to return items for larger size. Again hassle free and they even used a different courier to avoid the same issues I had with DPD. The shirts are great quality and I will shop again.
