Pen Excellence helped me with my digital access and computer tutoring. Pen Excellence is a very helpful business; Fabian patiently assisted me filing, registering and applying on the internet. I don’t know much about to the internet, and the fact that he filled out the forms online while being patient, understanding and asking necessary questions to ensure accuracy before submitting, makes me well pleased and satisfied with the help. It was quality work with great customer service.
The price was great as well. All in all, my matter was took care of, and I learned the computer more than I thought I would.
I am an adult learner, and I appreciate the computer tutoring. I know many people especially adults need this service.
Pen Excellence is the answer.

My child was at a 4th grade level and…
My child was at a 4th grade level and had high school regents. We started tutoring with pen excellence at the beginning of the school year and by the time of exams my child was above grade level. There isn’t enough words to say my appreciation for what pen excellence has done for my child.

Amazing computer and internet access help that comes with love
I must say the company called Pen Excellence is truly wonderful.
I needed to do some business stuff online, but the problem is I am not an online savvy person. I need help and didn’t know what to do. Then I remembered that a young man by the name Fabian had introduced himself to me, and gave me a flyer about computer tutoring and digital access help. He had even said that he knew for a fact that many adults are in need of this service. So I knew exactly who to call.
Fabian from Pen Excellence first overview my situation, then with patience, knowledge and skills he went about solving my issue. As I sat beside him, I could feel the care and love in what he is doing coming from his energy.
My situation was solved, and the turnaround time was delightful.
