Ridiculous service, non responsive to emails. Ordered the cat balm on Tuesday morning paying $9 for expedited delivery. It is Thursday afternoon and no shipment yet and it is meant to be delivered by tomorrow. Emailed couple of times, no response. Bank details say they have not accepted the payment so just sitting on it.
Although I like the products Penelope’s Bloom has for my dogs, their customer support deserves one star. You cannot speak with anyone and if you have a major problem with an order ( and most of my orders have been up to and more than $200) they will not get back to you or help to resolve a problem you have that was their error.
