Scammers. Ordered a dress weeks ago and never received the item. When asked for a refund was told 10 - 15 business days. That time has also passed and still have not received the refund. Have been back and forth by email but they just keep saying if you do not receive the refund let us know.

Awful, just awful, DO NOT USE!
Dress I ordered as a shirred top wasn't shirred so didn't fit. White linen top I ordered had a sort of off-purple tinge to it and was a weird shape. I requested to return as good not as described and they only want to offer a discount. Finally accepted a discount but more than a month later am still chasing for my refund!

If I could give this no stars, I would! I have been emailing this company since May, no goods sent and then a promise of refunds however still waiting. I have reported to my credit card company. Literally responding to emails from Susan who apologises and then does nothing. Please do not order anything from this company, they scam people consistently. Avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. Bed quality items, no refunds, no uk address. Want you to negotiate a refund and use delaying tactics. Should not be allowed to trade or use Shop.

Absolutely agree with all other reviews, THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I did actually receive the item I ordered but it was at least four sizes bigger than stated and very poor quality. I requested a return address and they started a 'negotiation' about refunds. I still haven't had a penny back and doubt I ever will.

Robbing theiving scum bags do not answer if you want to return do not buy from these thieves

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolute scam artists. Ordered a dress in April which never arrived. Despite numerous requests for a refund - endless reasons why its not happened yet all of which are rubbish!

The quality of the clothing is poor I ordered shorts and waistcoat in stone stripe and they sent navy blue!! It did fit and looks okay for maybe wearing during the day not on a night out to cheap looking. You can clearly see on my order it was the lighter colour I wanted and they have just sent what they had rather than return my money. I certainly won’t be buying from this site again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t get caught up in their social media as they make the clothing look so much better quality that it actually is you could make it your self tbh

I ordered two items, after 5 months of constant emails one horrible inferior item arrived but without the vest top lining. The other never came. I constantly
tried to get a refund only to be told a credit will be put on their account for future purchases. They are unable to return your money "due to technical issues ". I have threatened them with trading standards and the ombudsman. Every email I receive looks like a badly worded generic response. These people need to be taken off all social media and investigated by the police.

Do not buy from this site! Total scam! Ordered a product in March, never received, requested refund several times, been told problems with their systems and to wait….it is now July! They reply to emails with writing that looks like it is written by a young child..but you never receive the refund! Shocking!

This company is a scam. No delivery of goods. Someone called Fanny answering emails and keeping the scan going by promising items and refunds.

I so wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order for what looked like a pretty pink, tiered, party dress. Firstly, it took months to arrive despite me emailing them numerous times with no response, and then after raising a dispute with PayPal and them refunding me, a parcel arrived. My goodness, on opening I thought it was a very thin, nylon scarf, with vast amounts of thread falling off.... as I removed it from the packaging, dozens and dozens more threads fell into my hands. It was literally falling apart in my hands. I shook the dress out (more threads falling) and witnessed the shocking and appalling 'thing' which was meant to be a dress. None of the edges had been sewn/finished, hence the shedding as the flimsy weave unfurled. None of the layers were cut evenly, and each layer was of a different shape. It looked nothing like the advertised photo. From the amount of thread shedding from every unhemmed edge, there would be nothing left of it should you attempt to wash it. I have never seen such a shoddy, nasty piece of dressmaking in my life.... it's an absolute joke. This Company needs to be closed down.

Not worth a one SCAM ordered jumpsuit advertised by a lady from No Ange, I contacted No Angel clothing to advise, she said there nothing she could do? If it was my name, my face, my company being used and scamming potential business from me, I would make sure I would do something so not 100% if all in scam. A small thing like not on here, we all seem to do it. Post something on Facebook, social media etc,,,,,

Awful! Quality is disgusting. Keep emailing asking if I can send back and they aren’t listening. Offering a £5 voucher???? Saying they’ve suffered a loss! Dispute this asap!
