These equipment is easy to use and there’s just so much you can do with it!

I'm a gym owner and the actual product is ok BUT when I bought these for our facility, my payment details were used to pay for a monthly membership subscription which I didn't sign up for or authorize. I only reslized payments were coming out about 5 months later. I couldn't access their website membership area as I had never been sent login details so I had to contact their support team who responded abruptly and without any apology but stopped the payments. That was 9 months ago and then a few weeks back I found another unauthorized charge on my account from Penalty Box training. Support team didn't even respond to my email this time so I had to contact my bank fraud team for a refund and to block these scammers from taking more. Seriously unprofessional company who have little regard for customers. If you have bought any products from them, i suggest you check your bank statements. Safe to say we wont buy from them again.

This is a great tool for any age! You can do a ton of different exercises and it is very portable and easy to store!

I love this product. Like a mini ladder and hurdle in one; easy to use and not cumbersome!

I am Zumba instructor for more than 10 years, and I feel I need more than that, so
I ordered Penaltybox for my students 2 years ago, I also added steps when they just came out, it’s a complete workout with the steps! I normally do 15 minutes core and glute workout on the steps!! My classes are getting bigger and bigger!! All my students love the classes and programs! 🤗👍

Total scam no communication no replies to emails thankfully i purchased with paypal so got refunded, would advise people do not buy as you won't receive your order or get any help from non existent customer services

Absolutely terrible customer service! Paid for 8-day Express shipping, the support answered after a month that it is en route and I should be patient and then after couple of days I have received notification that now it is shipped. Arrived today, 3 months after they took my money!!! And I had to pay extra for customs because it was shipped from China, not the USA. Never recommending to anyone.
