I wanted to place an order but I was a little worried that, because it was an international order, shipping would be pricy and take a long time. I was very pleasantly surprised that the costs were quite low and it took relatively very little time for our order to be delivered.
Needless to say, my daughter and I LOVE our pen tips!

Great communication throughout the entire purchasing and shipping process. This is especially helpful due to the international shipping. Well packaged & overall the best product like this that I've used.

My order number for this product is #135734. I prefer to remain anonymous. I reside in Turkey, where products exceeding 30 euros are classified as commercial goods. My ordering journey began on January 20th with the purchase of a PenPad and concluded just today. The PenPad, which I acquired for 60 euros (thanks to a discount coupon, which unfortunately is now void), would have cost me 200 euros with customs fees. Regrettably, I had to cancel the order. It appears that my product has just been returned to Pentips. The Pentips customer service team was very kind and understanding, promptly accepting my return request. I thank Pentips for their understanding and swift actions. Additionally, I appreciate them for successfully sending my second order, #137073, and resolving the shipping issues I encountered.

I like that pen tips has a pattern of innovation and their customer care team is always eager to help, they even ask you to share feedback after orders. Pen tips have been my go-to for silicone Apple Pencil tips for years, but lately I’ve noticed a change.

I’m not sure if they changed their pen tips lite or I am wearing them out faster but they aren’t lasting as long as I remember from a couple years ago. The company also has other pen tips with specific use cases available and some feel really nice but are also fragile and tear after a couple of weeks.

The worst issue is that their prices have increased lately and with my previous order, I found myself having to removed some items from my cart because I couldn’t justify spending that much. I regret that their products have consistently been short lifespan for me and also too expensive to replace. Another sad fact, they ship from Scandinavia, so they take a while to arrive.

That said, I still want to support them because they’re exciting. Pentips should offer discounts on your first order of a specific item, as a sampler, as they do when they launch something new on Kickstarter.

Purchased the pen tip because of the Morpholio Course from Henry Gao. Before that, I had the original tip from apple and one from Amazon. Both were okayish, but not really great for drawing architectural plans/writing.

I got another great product - the fuzzy pen tips!

Overall has great control and somewhat smooth, but when using my paper-like screen protector, the pencil tip started tearing through the Pen Tip Fiber. I wish there was some sort of warning against this.

Other than that, a good product for non paper-like screen protector users

It’s a great step forward to write, paint and draw with these pen tips on the iPad! I just love it!

I've tried the Fibre and the Lite tips, and found that the Lite works better for what I do (draw clean lines on the iPad). They are both affordable enough to give it a try to see what works. The customer support is prompt and friendly. I will definitely come back for more tips!

I appreciate the sale prices even though the regular price is very affordable. My favorite new Pen Tip is INK. I love the sharpness of it. I would compare it to drawing with an 03 size pen. Shipping was quick. Customer service is available if needed. And I am glad to see Pen Tips on the social media sites.

I love PenTips. Found them on social media and have been intrigued with their products for a while now. I’m not an artist or anything but I do like to draw BUT I also want to extend the life of my Apple Pencil and iPad as long as possible, which is why I opted for PenTips products.

I have used it a couple of times now and I love the smoothness of the tip on the raw glass of the iPad. Feels like pen to paper which is great.

I do have the screen protector but I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed when I do finally use it. Repeat customer here

Using the PenTips screen mat is a real pleasure. Enough bite to let me think, I don’t skid into the next line, word or idea.

Love pentips, love the pen mat, have had mine for a long long time and it works better than any I have tried. Just waiting to receive the bundle to freshen up everything, but missed the pen pad. Didn’t even see it until I found another brand advertised. I am strongly leaning towards your pen pad, as I’m always so impressed with your products. A tad more research on it and I’m set!

I had ordered the wrong size and their staff was so incredibly helpful and kind to me. I re-ordered the correct size with their help and absolutely love the product. I am a crazy note taker and love the feel of it and how my pen flows over it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any of their products as the company is honest, helpful and they care about the customer satisfaction.

First of all: good products. Support and help when needed, prompt replies. Takes a while, sometimes, for the products to arrive. In that case pen.tips keeps you informed, so one doesn’t feel left hanging in the air, wondering what happed with one’s order…

Screen cover scratches way too easily for the pen tips that are “made for” the paper-like screen texture.

On top of that, the metal nib has popped off of the white part of the pencil nib and cannot be found, and now my Apple Pencil is currently useless until I order new nibs.

The only helpful thing was the gesture board.

Skip the rest, just get the gesture board.
