Ordered some 2+ tips for my new Apple Pro Pencil on ipad Air 13, but didn't like the slipperiness just for writing in Goodnotes. Got some tech support about using my older, less slippery 2 tip on the new pro pencil and putting the 2+ on my old pencil on my ipad mini where I don't often write. And, I was refunded for the 2+ even though I didn't ask!

No complaints about the product(s). My gripe is cost. Why are four plastic pen tips so expensive? Is it because they're targeted for "professionals"?

Pen tips are terrific. Love the screw in option. I purchased both the metal and black tips and both work perfectly.

Using the Apple pen has a much more fluid feel with Pentips. Such a difference in writing or drawing when using the product. I ordered more in different colors!

These pen tips are just what I was after. Did a lot of searching into replacement Apple Pencil tips before buying.
They did take quite a while to arrive but worth the wait. For writing & drawing there is no click-clack noise on screen, no slipping on the glass/screen protector, virtually silent, feel nice to use - I have a pencil grip and everything is now perfect

Absolutely thrilled with these pen tips! They provide a beautifully smooth writing experience without the need for a paper-like screen that would dull my display for other uses. Since my iPad handles everything from art to entertainment, this was the perfect compromise-free solution.

Overall, a great experience. Easy to find the product online, and even though it takes a while to receive it since it's coming from the Netherlands, the wait is worth it. The tips make working, sketching, and productivity on my iPad easy!

I really like PenTips' PenMat. This is the second I've got (the first one lasted for about two years before I accidentally crumpled it ). Drawing on the iPad is much more comfortable with the mat on. Prompt dispatch and diligent follow-up. Definitely recommended.

I really enjoy the product, the magnetic screen protector is perfect for versatility.

I ordered toward the tail end of December. My order somehow was missed and I had to notify the PenTips team to get an update. They were very responsive and sent a priority shipment to me asap. Excellent customer service. They will make it right with you if something goes amiss. :)

My order arrived within a week, the PenPad 2 has no compare, PenTips 3 are great. I love the new packaging! Customer service is fast, friendly, and cares. I’ve ordered several times over the past years and never been disappointed.

I've used PenTips products for several years now. Everything they make is of the highest quality, but what really makes them special is the customer service. While problems are rare, immediate response and a willingness to make things right are always the PenTips response. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The particular products I chose from PenTips were not for me but the way that Marc reached out to me showed what a great company this is. I will be following their products closely and will likely try them again some time in the future.

The Pen tips make a world of difference for the drawing experience. The Tips I ordered give enough friction to make the apple pens a better drawing implement.

This product is fabulous! I have used several competitive products, including one that is the most widely-recommended, and was quite satisfied with them overall. However, I still felt that the surface was a bit too slippery for me and that there wasn't quite the perfect tactile feel I wanted. Based on a YouTube review I heard of PenTips and purchased one immediately. My reaction? Blown away...

There are 2 areas where this product shines: First, the tactile writing experience is exceptional, and truly takes the "really good" experience I had with previous products to "great". My writing is very small chicken scratch and that can make it illegible even to me on in iPad; with the PenTips surface my writing is every bit as precise as on paper. Second, it is incredibly easy to apply, remove, and re-apply (not an option with others) the surface. There are truly no air bubbles and the anxiety I always had with putting it on perfectly in the past is a non-issue. The PenTips cover also seems more robust than others.

The only word of caution I have: be very careful about ordering the exact model you need. This is an Apple issue since there are so many slight variations in models and that can lead to easily ordering the wrong PenTips. I did this and the customer service to correct my user error was top notch.

Purchased a Penmat2 for my tablet - the delivery was fast and i am very happy with the product. Use my tablet a lot for annotating documents and the Penmat2 makes writing on an electronic device very natural.
