The PEMA team is the best. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to deliver results. We've actively converted leads they provided to us into paid customers after a two-month warm-up period. They're the real deal!

PEMA hugely overpromises and under-delivers. Add on top of that the scare tactics they use to close the deal - do not fall for it. They knew we had only a few months of runway as a newer org and insisted that they were the right fit who could bring us leads and turn that around. We saw 1 qualified lead in over 7 months of working with them. (Their program is only supposed to last 3 but with 0 results they extended it and we continued to see the same results.) Stay far far away and use your money elsewhere.

I'm not sure where they got a lot of these clearly fake reviews. But what was promised compared to what was delivered was a complete failure. They ran their process for an extended 3 months and still only brought us one qualified lead, in the 6 months. And this was someone who I had already had a relationship with. They have no accountability or guarantee so if they fail they don't take responsibility and make things right. Stay away.

Edited after their reply. Happy to share who the calls they sent were with. Not qualified based on the information we sent. They did extend the time but with little to no results. Also, you just admitted you could only provide 20 leads in 7 months..... Not what is promised or marketed as. They also don't reply to interested prospects for 1-2 days, so I am happy to share the data on how many were missed on.

PEMA has been excellent at providing detailed and in-depth trainings to its VAs. The materials are relevant and complete with all necessary skills for you to be the best VA. My AM, Lea, was also very approachable and eager to help me address concerns.

I love that their system is simple yet effective in finding prospects for my client.

The training with PEMA under Ms. JP has been incredibly informative and I’ve learned a lot. The system is very efficient in getting results and has been truly amazing.

It's the most effective system I've ever used by far in my entire career online. Everything is well-organized and has many handy functions that make the job faster and more efficient at the same time.

You MUST be making at least $20k per month profit to have the funds to make this system work properly.
My experience was lack lustre with PEMA. The ROI did not eventuate and once the 20 original leads arrived, I was left to continue the system alone, even though 7/20 were no show, 8/20 were not my target market, and remaining 5 could not afford my program. I can see the PEMA outreach would work for businesses who can afford to upkeep 10 or more personas, ($1000AU/mth)
Plus platform subscriptions & VA $$.
And who can afford to keep PEMA available for adjustments. Less than 10 personas is not financially viable. These ongoing costs are not explained at the beginning. Realistically, if you are making less than $20K per month in profit you will struggle to afford the ongoing cost of the system. I persisted with my system for 12 months my return has been 10% of my total cost.

Their system is working well for the outreach and giving enough result.

Working with PEMA has been great so far. It's the first time I've worked with a lead gen company so it's hard for me to compare with others, but my experience has been that PEMA are first class. I've had a lot of calls with leads booked in my calendar, albeit some of them don't turn up and some aren't quite the profile I'm looking for. That's probably part of the process and it's also on me to narrow down the lead search parameters. But as far as PEMA are concerned, the service has been absolutely first class.

The folks at PEMA have done a good job setting things up and testing the messaging & results.

their approach to marketing is solid and very much a team approach which makes it more affordable and better than other options I have seen. The staff are all very nice and the Sales training is excellent.

PEMA is great in most areas, but do have some areas to improve on. However, the areas that could use improvement, I'm sure are due to high volume of customers. (Can't make everyone happy) They are timely, helpful, consistent, hard working, and most of all, their system works. As the manager of this project for my team, I feel like their training is so beyond good. They really put in an effort and supply all the material to help you and your team learn this system.

I love the approach that PEMA takes because instead of going after generic leads they understand it takes quality leads plus good sales training to make it happen. Really glad I found them.
