BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I truly thought getting the peloton would be a smooth experience. I mean, you’re paying a couple thousands for the item. Wrong! I placed my order and got a message from JB Hunt Final Mile asking a few questions and confirming my delivery date, which was 1 month out. Delivery day came, got no phone call or updates, and the delivery was never made. I contacted Peloton & a representative online said it would be delivered. It never was! Clearly she didn’t even try to look into the matter. I had to call JB Hunt myself and was told that for some reason, my appointment never went through… so I was rescheduled and now my delivery is delayed. Oh and just because your equipment hasn’t gotten to you yet doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay. You are still obligated to make payments whether or not you’ve received your equipment.

Waited 10 weeks for Bike ,Then the…

Waited 10 weeks for Bike ,Then the night before our delivery they emailed to cancel because of curfews (the curfews no longer in effect it was changed to 11pm) I HAVE gotten 2 other furniture delivery in the last 3 days they had no problem making the deliveries. Now I get an email it may not be delivered 5-10 days.Awful Company

COVID 19 SCAM: Peloton 30 Day Trial: FRAUD

Peloton is STILL posting on their site that they offer a 30 Day Trial. That is a lie. They are still selling snd delivering bikes during COVID 19, but REFUSE to pick up returns within the trial period so consumers are stuck with a bike they don’t bike AND harassment from AFFIRM, INC to CONTINUE paying for the bike until PELOTON picks up the bike. Even If you did not loose your work like I did from COVID-19 and need EVERY PENNY, you would SEE THROUGH this SCAM.
