The ordering process was nice and easy, I ordered a CO2 pistol that was out of stock and only had to pay a deposit, and when it came back in stock payed the remaining money and it was delivered in the next delivery time frame, within the estimated 2hr time slot

I have just taken delivery of my latest addition to my collection, who thought I needed a AK-47 UM BB rifle,? Well perhaps not needed but wanted when I saw the fantastic Black Friday price!. I have used them many times & will almost certainly use them again in the future.
My only criticism is that when describing the energy of each device on their website they often use the word power, when they mean energy, and put the number in incorrect units (it’s ft.lbf [foot pounds force], not ft/lbs [feet per pound])

I got absolutely great prices on an air rifle, spare ,agazine and pellets. Couple this with free delivery on the perfect day and I am extremely pleased with the service and quality.
Very friendly and helpful chap who delivered it. Most amused with the ability to actually see the vans progress to my home.

Ordered over the phone, Staff are polite and very helpful. I always look for video's on the web of what I want to purchase so that I know what to expect. Delivered over the weekend hassle free, easy to track and delivery drivers were also very polite.
