The shoes I was shipped have a severe…
The shoes I was shipped have a severe and obvious defect in the hide (Full quill Ostrich). I understand all leather and hides have unique marks and characteristics. However, this is an ugly and obvious defect (larger than a quarter) and it is directly on top of the toe box. Therefore, the FIRST thing you notice about this pair of shoes, is an ugly occlusion on the top of the shoe. Given Pelleline's reputation combined with the other shoe brands you sell, I expected more. Much more. I will not be able to recommend this brand or order process to anyone.

I'm very surprise with you review, all shoes gets inspected before shipping, But If the shoe is has such an obvious defect, how come you kept the shoes and didn't contact us or request an exchange or return???
