Hello everyone, ATTENTION please!
Hello everyone, and do not play at Pelican Casino!
I have been scammed by this casino multiple times. They removed my winnings and falsely claimed that I violated the rules, accusing me of exceeding bonus betting limits—something that never happened, because I always pay attention and carefully read the terms and conditions of every promotion or bonus I participate in.
Despite taking a cautious approach to bonus play and deposits, I was never able to withdraw any funds. Several of my winnings were simply removed from my balance and account entirely, even though I had an active deposit of $34 (which was almost immediately consumed by slot games).
This happened several times. I would win something from bonuses, and they would remove my winnings. Each time, customer support in the chat claimed that the rules had been violated. The last withdrawal from a bonus failed for a different reason—attention: “the last deposit was made a long time ago,” specifically at the end of November 2025. I understand that some time had passed since my last deposit, but they never informed me that deposits must be made regularly to maintain withdrawal eligibility.
In my opinion, this is how dishonest casinos operate—they look for any excuse to reject withdrawals, not to mention the profits they make from players’ deposits. Remember this, dear player: if you want to lose and are highly likely to waste your money, go ahead and choose Pelican. But if you respect your money and value honesty and transparency, with no hidden tricks, avoid this casino at all costs!
Just take a look at their Telegram chat, where there is no moderator and no verification of messages. People can freely promote other casinos or share their opinions if they’ve also been scammed. At least, to their credit, they don’t delete critical opinions 😅
Another strange thing is that some promo codes—most often the code “BODP150”—only work on selected accounts, not all. It seems random whether you’re allowed to use the code. And to clarify, each of those accounts had a deposit made. I know this from friends who played at this casino but quickly gave up, even laughing at me for being misled. In reality, I was just disappointed that the casino refused withdrawals—even small amounts (100+) were not paid out, with excuses about betting limits that I allegedly violated, although in reality nothing like that ever happened.
Perhaps they are simply trying to maximize registrations and deposits (very often offering bonuses with wagering requirements tied to deposit amounts).
In my opinion, this casino is not worth recommending or playing at, because withdrawals will either be difficult or completely blocked. Pelican Casino is one of the biggest representatives of what I would call “SCAM CASINOS.” Because of these experiences, I might even create a group or website called WORLD SCAM CASINOS.
