While easy enough to build
While easy enough to build, the bolts protrude in ways that might scratch or cut the user. Specifically the toilet seat stand. Diagram for direction of shower seat is wrong. Image shown does not comport with sticker placement. Customer service was nice and kind, got product in time, but emails said out of stock. So overall good, not great.

Game changer for showering safety
Game changer for showering my elderly mother. So much safer getting into the shower. Not quite as easy to put together as shown in their video, but was able to do it. Works nicely. We have a small, narrow bathroom, so the width was one of the reasons I bought this particular product over other, wider ones. Was shipped and delivered promptly. Thanking God for people who use their creativity to help others.

Great Product; I’ll be back!!
I have broken my right leg and my left arm on the same day. Now I only have 1 leg cause I can’t put weight on my leg. Also unable to use the left hand/arm due to the type of fracture. So we needed to find solutions for me to shower, get from wheelchair to bathtub shower bench. I Received a high quality product exactly as I had ordered. The Swivel and Slide Bench. Worth every penny if we were able to even use it. Sadly we learned this was not going to work does us due to the set up and space in our bathroom.
I emailed Pelegon customer service and was answered within 1-2 business days. I was immmediatley offered a full refund. I recieved the refund within hours. The process requires printing an RA shipping label. Then off with UPS it would go.
I have muscular dystrophy so I am always needing assist devices. I will be checking Pelegon first as their items are great and help was even greater.
