We've been using our Lomi composter for years, but it recently broke. When I reached out for support and assistance I was quickly answered by a knowledgeable, kind representative. Cath helped me identify the problem with our Lomi, and offered multiple solutions for how to fix the issue. It's great to see a company that employs such an excellent and friendly support team; it's in wide contrast to most companies these days who would rather outsource, or force you down a long list of AI prompts before you're even able to speak to someone. I couldn't recommend Lomi more highly - our experiences with the product and the company have all been wonderful!

I have an original Lomi and have love it from the start! Few months ago needed a new bucket, and customer support was right on it getting a new one out to me very fast. Composting resumed! Recently my machine was sticking on the drying cycle. The troubleshooting FAQ was fantastic! Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue as my fan has conked out. Again back to customer support, and they were right on it, and helped me get the new fan ordered. I can't wait to get it and process all of the potato peels! LOL!

While I figured out my issue from the FAQ they sent to my off hour request, they still followed up after I told them it was solved. Told me they would have followed up in person.

Lomi stands by their products! We have had a lomi for several years and their customer service is outstanding! They are prompt to get to this issue, no loop holes just genuine service and expertise! Highly recommend their products!

The basket wasn't working and so I tried to log onto the site for help. Things go wrong...the site wouldn't take my receipt. But the online staff filed the claim for me and all is well. Great product, great people!

I've had two occasions to interact with Lomi reps. Both times I came away refreshed, impressed, and pleased. They were all patient, asked vital questions, and seemed to care. I'll purchase from Lomi in the future and will recommend the company to all my friends and acquaintances.

Had a broken bucket and very easily communicated with customer service and a replacement issued right away. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years!

My initial order wasn’t received and I complained to the company who immediately resent the order. A few days later a neighbour brought me my order which had mistakenly been placed in her mailbox. I did report that to the company in case they could recall the second shipment. They advised me to keep both orders and enjoy using them

Thank you so much for assisting me with the problem I had! My 1st generation Lomi wasn’t working well after owning it for 3 years. I emailed what was going on, then got a replacement fan piece for free after, and now it’s working great again!
