I have recently employed PEG to repair my boiler and re-route the associated piping as part of a larger building project. The engineer quickly diagnosed and resolved the boiler fault. The new piping looks really neat. I would certainly use PEG again.

I have used PEG on many occasions over the past few years. They have tested and maintained the gas and electrics on a rental property I own as well as carrying out a number of jobs, small and large on the property I live in. Each time they have carried out the jobs to a high standard, the lads that I’ve dealt with have always been informative and friendly, theyve arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy at the end of the job. Would highly recommend PEG.

I used PEG services to do an electric test on my property. The electrician was on time, polite and very professional (I can’t remember his name). The paper work was sent over the same week so my house sale could go through. I will be using them again for any works on my new home in the future.

Great people, great company. I've probably used PEG almost a dozen times now and they've never let me down. The quality of work and advice is fantastic and the lads are even better. Great workmanship, professionalism and politeness. Everything a company like PEG should be. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant service from David and the team at PEG services, did a fantastic job of servicing my boiler. Recommended.

I requested an electrical inspection and booked it to be done on 12/06 at 8:30am, the seller of the house confirmed receiving them at 8:30 am and there was no show, they even didn't send me an email to say anything, such a lack of commitment.

Would highly recommend PEG Services. We've just had a new combi boiler installed. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Colin kept us informed every step of the way and even came out during the installation to check everything was ok. Great couple of lads who installed it for us and cleaned up after the job was finished. Cannot fault them or the service, thankyou.

Absolutely fantastic company always putting customer first. I have experienced 3 leaks in the last year and PEG have been able to attend within a few hours and resolve to minimise the damage.

On the last visit my water tank had a slight leak and the engineer advised they have a record of failing. PEG was able to book me in quickly to remove the tank and fit a new combi boiler. I live in a 3 storey house so was reluctant to swap as was worried the water pressure for shower etc would not he enough. PEG advised it would not be an issue and they was right. I now have a new more efficient Alpha boiler with a 13 year parts and labour warranty with hot water on demand. The engineers who fitted the boiler were punctual always arriving on time and very polite. They always cleaned up and went above and beyond. They fitted the new boiler higher up on the wall on my request to completely hide the boiler. The brick around the existing flu hole was cut out and new bricks put in place you wouldn't of known a flu was ever there. I have never known a company to do this before they go the extra mile.

I am a very happy customer and will be using PEG for all my electrical and plumbing needs in the future.

Second times I've used PEG services Fantastic experience both times. Everyone I have spoken to or dealt with in person has been very friendly and extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

So, I would like to highly recommend Colin Dyer and his lads at PEG Services
who in two days have installed for us a new cyclinder tank which not only gives us loads of hot water but has improved the water pressure across the whole house immensely.

All showers are now like power showers without the need for individual pumps. Not sure if it’s just McLean houses but we have always had poor pressure on one side of the house & this has now been fixed! The heating itself is also working better and more efficiently.

The lads were respectful, efficient and tidy.
It really has been a brilliant job and is definitely highly recommended - especially if like us you have a pressure issue.

Take my advise don’t go to anyone else for plumbing and heating. We used an independent for our bathroom replacements some years ago but it’s now come to light that corners were cut at the time.

Stick with who you can trust and who knows more about every house on thr New Bold estate than anyone else.

I’ve just moved house and found that the boiler had a fault and the display was showing an error code. With everything else that was going on with the move, this was the last we needed. I reached out to the local community for help and PEG Services was recommended by a few people. I made contact with them (Colin), not quite sure what to expect but I need not have worried. I got a very quick reply and Colin was able to diagnose the issue immediately. From there he contacted the manufacturer and organised a next day repair, establishing that the work was to be completed under warranty. The engineer arrived on time and replaced the part, quickly and efficiently.
I was hugely impressed with PEG Services and am happy to highly recommend them. I have some other work planned in the next few months and Colin is top of my list to do the work.

Just had a combi boiler conversion, removing our cylinder and boiler, then fitting a new Alpha combi boiler. A fantastic job carried out by Anthony,Jack and Danny cannot praise these guys enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them working here again.

Would just like to say how impeccable these guys are any problems gets dealt with same day and always kept updated as to what's going on! Recently had boiler fitted and Anthony and Jack did a fantastic job lovely manners very polite hard working lads Peg are lucky to have you made up with the work well done Collin and all the team at Peg never fails to amaze well done 👍👌

Used PEG for many years, great service and I'm always recommending them

I have used PEG for several years for my plumbing and gas jobs and have always found them to be very professional and courteous and reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to give them a call if they have any issues with gas or plumbing.

Helpful, honest and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble, always willing to assist and from start to finish a pleasant and helpful service.

From start to finish the team at PEG Services were fantastic on my recent boiler replacement. The team worked to a really clean high standard and even when we requested a few snagging changes nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again Colin and team.

Top notch and very clean!

We had our boiler and water tank removed and replaced with a new combi boiler last week. The team were awesome, talked us through the whole process, turned up on time, were incredibly clean throughout the job, not a single issue :)

Already bringing them back to price up for more work as trust in tradespeople is a massive thing.

Don’t use PEG if your a lady and live alone - they fitted a faulty boiler for me last year - still having problems with it now. Had a guy out Friday who was intimidating and told me not to ring them again. He never fixed the recent fault, but broke the pump. I will get an independent gas boiler engineer out.
