I’ve never experienced better customer service.

A different level.

I purchased a pair of boots and received them in a timely fashion, I was concerned about the quality at first but when I got them they were great, just a little too much like "shoes" than boots for me and a little too narrow on the foot - these are personal preferences.

PEGIA customer service was SO gracious in their efforts to help please me as a customer and all of my concerns went with the wind. This is a great company and if you are hesitant about buying from them - dont be! they are legit and great quality, great customer service is a big plus. Ill be ordering again.

The customer service and the product is second to none. I bought the cool moon linde boots and had some queries re sizing and they were super helpful. The boots I bought are so gorgeous and warm. They are really good quality and super warm as they are real sheepskin. I don't think I will go anywhere else now for warm winter/apres ski boots.
I would recommend anyone to use this company. The only thing I found was I had to size up however I do have slightly wider feet. Thanks Pegia. I really believe in you. Xxx

horrid customer service, order never arrived and now chasing for money

I ordered footwear from this company and while I like the design and quality, the sizing was completely wrong. As in wrong to what a factory in China gets sizes wrong, I have returned it and ordered the next size down which doesn't 100% fit anyway. I am always the same shoe size for all other companies. The return process was a horror as they do not provide QR codes and I had to beg a neighbour for help with printing....
