Complete time wasters!!
Called for a quote on Wednesday 23/10 told could have a decision that day as also stated on website quick easy decision's within 60 mins i was confident so went ahead put a hard search on my credit file and completely blew my chances elsewhere…its now 3pm Monday 28/10 ive had no communication and had to chase myself several times i even called today put on hold and cut off and no ones called back… subsequently lost the motorhome we were after now because of the delay appalling service

You are correct, Pegasus Finance can help customers who have poor credit histories, however, we do not guarantee being able to provide finance for all customers. With our positive underwriting views and an extensive panels of lenders, many customers with poor credit history are provided with a loan, however, not all applications are successful. Unfortunately we were unable to help in your instance, we wish you well in finding the finance you require.
Rude telephone manner
Contacted Pegasus on Friday as had been let down by a finance provider who had decided they didn’t wish to lend to a dealer who wasn’t a limited company.
Matt called me back very quickly. I explained the situation and he told me that Pegasus’s lenders wouldn’t have the same problem, but no guarantee they could help as would need to go through all the usual lending criteria etc.
A lady left me a message on Monday after she had the responses from the lenders. When I called her back I was told they had been unable to find me a lender, but very little more information was given - something around the dealership.
This was obviously bad news which was fine, however they attempted to put me to another lender who could offer me secured or unsecured loans, which when I googled appeared to have eye-wateringly rates. When I was discussing this with the lady she began simply talking over the top of me, and when I asked if she could not speak when I’m trying to speak she couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough.
I’m sure Pegasus help lots of people, and I understand they couldn’t help me, however cutting people off mid-sentence and speaking over them is plain rude.

Just taken possession of my Campervan 😍I couldn’t have done it without the help of Pegasus . Fran has been exemplary in handling my application, keeping me informed every step of the way.
