Avoid at all costs
I purchased six beauty boxes, and every single one contained skincare gummies that were already expired by around six months when delivered. The expiry date was not clearly disclosed on the product page.
When I contacted customer service, I was initially told I would have to pay the return postage and a restocking fee to return expired products. I was then offered vouchers instead of the refund I requested.
I had no choice but to open a PayPal dispute to obtain a refund. Even after that, PayPal required me to return the items before the refund could be processed. This entire situation should never have happened in the first place.
I have also raised the matter with Citizens Advice due to concerns about consumer rights and the sale of expired consumable products.
Based on my experience, I will never buy from this company again. It cost me money with so much trouble.

These products remain legal to sell and safe to consume when stored correctly.
