We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with both the delivery handling and missing item. We completely understand how frustrating this would be, particularly after previous issues you have experienced in the past.

Whilst we appreciate you acknowledging that the severe parcel damage appears to have occurred during Parcelforce handling, we fully accept that the overall experience has still fallen below expectations. We also understand your frustration regarding the refund value after discounts applied to the original order.

However, we would like to clarify that no dishonesty has taken place here. Refunds for missing items are processed based on the actual amount paid for the product after discounts, rather than full standalone retail pricing. This is standard across promotional and discounted orders.

We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding previous support experiences and voucher credits. Customer feedback, both positive and negative, is taken seriously internally and shared with the relevant teams for review.

We would also be happy to review this again for you. Please reach back out to our support team directly and we will do our best to assist further.
