One thing that could improve is the layout of Pediwear, to make the site even more nice to surf around and day dream of all the fine items.

A no quibble price match + 5% was a very good start. Helpful and courteous staff together with a quality product delivered in good time made for a pleasant shopping experience. Would certainly recommend.

There was only two suggestions I would make.
1. Take more care in reviewing your emails. I contacted Pediwear about my order being back ordered and was told they didn't respond to me because they didn't see/find my emails.
2. When an item is going to be back ordered and it is not an absolute....going to be delayed longer than expected. If you have another like item in stock, maybe different color or different material, you might ask about replacing the back ordered item with the one you have in stock. When I saw that you had the Mephisto Rainbow in another color/material I decided to change my order and take the one you had in stock.
Other than these two suggestions...I am totally pleased with Pediwear.

I ordered a pair of Loake Chesters and quoted Pediwear's Price Pledge. I got what was promised, and the customer service was very professional during the order process. Great after sales also.

I have ordered from Pediwear before and look forward to ordering again . My Loake shoes came superbly wrapped in brown paper , it was just missing the string around the box - it could have been the 1950's . There is nothing quite like carefully unwrapping the brown paper , opening the box and smelling your new shoes . Pediwear are an excellent company to deal with.

I ordered a pair of Loake Blenheim. Before making my order, I had to ask some questions regarding shipping etc, since I live in Sweden. I was treated with the best service I have ever encountered, not very common in Sweden. The boots (Loake Blenheim) are great, looking even better than in the picture. Also, Pediwear is one of the only companys that will give you shoe-tree matching your order and a tie! Furthermore, I even got a shoe polish and a shoehorn for free! So, four extra items without paying for them!

Pediwear - they know how to treat customers and how to do that little extra to satisfy their customers. I will definitely buy shoes/boots from them again!

Web site is informative, staff helpful. One needs to register with the website to qualify for the Trickers discount. I wasn't aware of this last time I bought from you and mythered. Was delighted to register this time , knowing I was getting a very good price from you. Will be back.

Hi, firstly I was a but nervous about ordering from you guys. The website looks a bit shonky and it seemed too good to be true to receive shoe trees and a tie included in the price of the shoes. But, not only did I slightly amend my order after paying, and got a prompt response saying it was no problem but I received my shoes in Australia very quickly after they were sent. They were well packed and did, as promised, include the bonus extras.
Obviously I'm also very happy with my loake shoes.
I have recommended you to a colleague and he may order from you soon.
