!st time I've used this company

!st time I've used this company. Sent off for 200 stainless steel screws and washers for tile backer boards. I've had about six screw heads break off when they came into contact with thirty year old softwood. The screws are impossible to extract. When the 22kg/sq metre tiles are in place leaning against the screw heads, it's almost impossible to know how many more will break and potentially let in water.
I wrote to someone at the company to complain but their reply was facetious, and seemed to indicate a person on a personal ego trip
