I didn't realize I hadn't whitelisted my server properly, and a random person joined and griefed hundreds of hours of work from me and my family on our family Minecraft server. I created a ticket through Pebblehost's discord, and I want to give a huge shout out to staff member Thomas on discord for his help. He restored a backup for me, and when that wasn't far back enough to get rid of the damage, he restored it farther back and whitelisted my server properly to ensure it wouldn't happen again. All of this was done at no extra charges/fees. Overall great experience with kind and helpful staff, would 100% recommend

Thomas was easy going, really nice, and supported me through the way of fixing my troubling issue, even while at times I could come off as brash.

Smooth performance and super easy to set up!
I recently started hosting a modded Minecraft server with PebbleHost (ATM10 specifically), and the experience has been great. The server runs smoothly with minimal lag, even with heavy mods.
