Not up to the standard I expected
I bought this about a year ago and can finally give a proper review. Fun idea, but the wax heater is a little less robust than what I imagined when I bought it (light and thin plastic). Today, I've had it on for 2 hours on the max setting and the wax still not hot enough to use. This was the case when I bought it too. It works better in the summer when it's hot, but during the colder months it just doesn't work properly, and I regret paying £60 for it

Disappointed in the wax
The delivery speed was excellent and I got the right things. I'm a bit disappointed in the wax. It doesn't get a lot of hair and I used forever in hope that I would actually be able of removing my hairs. I used almost 5 hours on my legs because I thought that it simply had to work, but it was kinda a waist of time and I ended up just using a razor. I'm going to try again because I obviously spend money.
I could use some advice although I have already read and seen "how to use it"

Great experience
So far I have had a great experience with Pearl Wax. It has been very easy to use and saves a trip to the beautician every month. It would have 5 stars, but I gave 4 as there was a fault with my machine. Customer Service has been very helpful when I needed to exchange a machine with a fault, so it made it even better to know they are there to help.
