The shoes finally arrived after 11 weeks, I have opened a dispute with PayPal. They are of very poor quality, not the right size and I will never wear them. Should have done my homework before ordering. Lesson learned, stay away from this company

I ordered men and women’s shoes as well as 3 women’s shirts on January 25, 2020. I received the men’s shoes towards the end of March. The quality is poor at best, and I won’t ever wear any of them (3). I still haven’t received my full order from them. I did receive the 2nd to the last shirt today (August 17, 2020). Not bad, 7 months after the order. I spent around $280 for everything, I’m a dumbass! Should be interesting to see if I ever get the last item, regardless of if or when it’s delivered, it’s going to be donated to the homeless with the rest of the order. Made in China says it all...

I ordered some shoes for my husband in an American size 11. The order took over six weeks to arrive. The shoes were way too small. In comparison to another pair size 11 shoe it was almost 2 inches shorter. I immediately contacted the company and requested a replacement/refund. This was in late March. I did not receive a response until mid-August and basically they said I ordered the wrong size - it was my fault and they would not replace or refund my money. This is not a good website to shop from. It is from China and I wish I would have known in the first place.

Terrible. My order took several months to receive and when I tried on the shoes for the 1st time, the laces ripped through the eyelet. Ripped in half. Total junk. When I requested a refund I was offered a 5 percent discount. I asked to return for my money back, and I was then repeatedly offered 10 percent discount and if I could take it to a shoe repair store. What a joke!!

It took just over a month to get the shoes I ordered. I tried them on as soon as they arrived. They were too small.

Also, the color was lighter than I expected. The pictures of the shoes when I was ordering had a fastener on the laces so they wouldn’t have to be tied. The shoes that arrived had no fastener on the laces.

Customer Service offered me a 20% credit and I could keep the shoes. No thanks. That wouldn’t make the shoes fit my feet. How about I just return the shoes unworn and you give me a refund? They agreed to that.

They wanted me to send the shoes to an address in China. I went to the UPS Store to inquire about shipping the shoes back to China. It would cost more than $200 USD to ship them from California to China. That’s insane.

So, I sent another email to Customer Service and have not heard back from them a week after this last email.

I would suggest not buying their shoes. The size might not fit and if it doesn’t fit, you can’t reasonably return them.

It’s really too bad. I was looking forward to some attractive, comfortable shoes. My mom really liked the look of them when I was about to try them on. Waste of money. Maybe they’ll fit my nephews but I’m sure they won’t be interested in any shoes their old uncle wanted to wear.

Don’t bother with these guys.

Ordered one pair of shoes in April. Received in June. Kept emailing them about the delay. Never knew China company until seeing it on credit card.
No size or brand indicated on the shoes and very cheap quality, in no way as advertised on their site! Tried to get with customer service - told me I selected the wrong size - started to play games including implying I was wrong.

Opened a claim with PayPal. Very disappointed because this did not fit into the Payment protection plan.

This seller is truly a scam and they know how to work the system so that you don’t get any type of refund.
Stay away if you don’t want to lose your time and money!

Horrible experience!
Ordered two pairs of shoes paid $95 usd ($145 cad) on May 9 and only received 1 pair over two months later ( mid July)!
The pair received was supposed to be size 11 men but was at most a 9 men’s. No size or brand indicated on the shoes and very cheap quality, in no way as advertised on their site!
Never received the 2nd pair.
Opened a claim with PayPal, after waiting over a month and a half they came to an agreement with the seller ( who goes by pearlgo and pierre buy) to issue me a full refund ONLY after I send the pair back to them at the address they provided (which is in China, at an address that seems very sketchy), with tracking, and they confirm receipt.
The cheapest shipping method I could find was $65cad which would take over 2 months or longer to arrive or next cheapest over $100cad!
Very disappointed in PayPal as well, as they really gave me a lousy service and no option for a refund for the pair I DID NOT receive. So basically I have to spend another 65$ to hope that in a few months I’ll receive a refund!
I tried contacting the seller and they keep giving me the runaround, seems like auto generated email response which asks me to keep the shoes and they can give me 20% refund ( if that’s even true)
This seller is truly a scam and they know how to work the system so that you don’t get any type of refund.
Their website doesn’t even make you aware that you are ordering from China. Fraud fraud fraud!
Stay away if you don’t want to lose your time and money!

Ordered a pair of shoes and men's pants in June and waiting until August to get them. However the MEN'S pants are WOMEN'S. Do not buy from this company, you are wasting your money. Waiting for your items should not take a month!

Ordered in June; still no shoes. Now, I know what a black-hole is! Money goes in nothing comes out!!

This is part of Wish . They keep telling me there on the way . So is christmas.

Paid €40 i could have bought something close in an actual store . Not happy😡😡

I recommend everybody to avoid business with this people.
They are not serious at all. Actually, they are very tricky.
I bought two pairs of shoes in Australia.
The page says the price and a little 20% discount on the second pair. But, doesn't explain anything else.
As son as I pay my bank discount me $30 extra dollars.
I try to negotiate with them without any answer.
The shoes take 60 days to arrive.
The bank told me to go to the ombudsmen to create a complaint but they already change everything in their web pages indicating the price in USA dollars or Australians or any other dollar.
When I try to get my money back, nothing is possible.
Not even to write a review on their pages.
This people are not secure in my opinion.

Ordered a pair of shoes, size 12 per their chart for US Shoe sizes.... After months delay, they arrived and were size 10 at most... wrote a nice email asking how to return and they basically told me it wasn't going to be worth it to me because I had to ship them back to China and that would cost more than the shoes (this was true).... their attitude was rude and the product was of particularly poor quality. AVOID!!!!

I ordered a size 44 in March, they arrived August the shoes received were labeled 44, what I ordered but were about 2 inches shorter than my 44 Chuck Taylors. Been in contact with them, they say the correct size was sent and I would have to pay return shipping to China, I sent photos showing the size comparison and they will still do nothing. They suggested I give them to someone else and order another pair with a 30% discount. No way I will ever order from them again.

This what I wrote to them after receiving a truly rubbish pair of loafers:

Hand made Leather is the catch click (which I fell for)!
Just lies; I know you will say that the description when you click to buy does not say leather, but that's no excuse the first button CLEARLY says leather. I am sure that many others I didn't notice that the word leather was not in the second screen which I know is deliberate and dishonest and misleading.
Even for manmade materials they are utter rubbish not worth half what I paid.
I will be using them for DIY until they fall apart which I suspect will not be long.
I wish I had read the reviews on your site which are very poor and I can see why.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I've sent 2 emails and they sent me back an email stating If I weight 10 days and my shoes would be here. It's been over 1 month and no shoes. I'll never do business with them ever again. And I recommend people not to do business with them. As far as I'm concerned they stole my money.

Avoid buying from this company. They take an incredibly long time to ship. I ordered in early June and it is now mid August and nothing has arrived. Further, they will ignore replying to simple customer service requests messages for many months as well. It took two months for me to hear anything back. The products look good on the web but buyer beware!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Pearl Feet. Ordered US size 11. Who knows what size they sent me!! Fits like a US size 9. Contacted Pearl Feet to find out how to return and get a refund. I was told the shoe size is US11. Which it is not as it is way too small. I was told how to return the item. But they stressed that it "might" get lost in transit!! What?? It sounds like they know it will get lost!! So I return the shoes and they will end up lost in transit!!!! They also mentioned I should find someone the shoes will fit and reorder another pair!! Pearl Feet obviously have no intention of refunding my money. How awful!! No one should order from this company unless they have spare money to throw away!! Now I am stuck. Either way I am out the money from a dishonest company.

I orfer 3 items from this online company. I placed the order on July 1st. I received my items today 08-11-2020. Cheap material, the decor on the clothes is cheap color paints (almost looks like crayon color). The sandals I order are not even close from their website picture. I order green sandal, with a toe loop, and I received a pair of brown strap sandals???. I put them in the trash, you could see the white glue they good to put the sandal together. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THEM...

This is a Chinese company mascarading as American. Products are substandard. I wish i had checked reviews first
