Wish I could give no stars. Same as everyone else. Took forever wrong size sent ordered 2 pairs only received one so far. Can not get in contact for a return. Please don't be like us stay away.

I placed order in March and 4 months later I still haven't received my shoes. I opened a dispute a month ago with PayPal which is still not resolved. Now PayPal wants me to file a case with law enforcement. I suggest steering clear of pearlfeet and if you do place an order don't expect any help from PayPal if you don't receive your order.

Horrible company is scamming people out of their money by either not shipping or when they do arrive, they are like slippers when supposed to be hiking shoes and also had white glue on the upper material of the shoes. They would not help. They need to be stopped, Better Business Bureau?

Where is a "ZERO" star rating!?! Ordered 2 pairs of men's shoes and a woman's purse. 4 months later.....shoes arrived (ordered size 13, they measure 11.5)---but still no purse!

I ordered two items for US size 13 W. received a foreign size 46, which were to slim for a man to wear.

Complained to customer service through email, on five separate occasions. Took 5-7 days for a response and would only offer me a 20% discount on the next order. Why would I order again when they screwed up the first time. Then they claim that I will have to pay shipment to return items to China.

That explains a lot. Do not shop this company..

DO NOT BUY. Everything you have read is true. Lengthy delivery times, wrong items, poor quality, NO customer service. It is a SCAM!

Like others, ordered not knowing these would be shipped from China. Waited MONTHS for delivery. They arrived and the product is very poor. The soles are thin and a stone will easily go through them, the inside of the shoes are poor, with thin material poorly glued in and already coming apart. The shoes are small and tight fitting. I have no confidence that these shoes will last a 30 minute walk.

Terrible company, I had the same experience as many below - my husband ordered one pair of shoes in May, come along July and they finally arrived, but size 7 not size 9 ordered. I don't get why they constantly send the wrong size. They asked for pictures of the size on the shoe (there wasn't one) and I sent pictures of the package stating size 7, no response since then, despite several emails. Do NOT buy anything from these people. You will regret it.

Do not buy from this company. I did and now regret it mightily. My order took months to arrive. I almost could live with that if I'd known to expect it, but there is no warning in the promotions. Worse though is that when the product arrived, it was 2 sizes too small even though I measured my foot then ordered a size larger than normal. Do not use the chart they supply. US sizes are nonsense in this chart, as are others, I suspect. If you feel you must try their shoes, order at least two sizes larger than your nominal size. Though they send the wrong size, they will not admit it and they will not replace your item. Rather, you are told to ship back to China at your own expense. One star is too many.

They send the goods not the one you order. They offer to return the goods at their own expense. The time of the order completion is terribly long.
To sum up, it is a pity to use this shop.

I ordered a pair of the "Men's Super Fiber Large Size Breathable Men Outdoor Casual Shoes and a waterproof women's purse and entered an Alice in Wonderland kind of retail hell. They charged me immediately, but went silent for WEEKS. I sent numerous emails asking about the status of my order and got no response. I was pretty understanding, because my order was made after the
Corvid 19 lockdown, but after weeks of getting no response I eventually contacted my credit card to request a chargeback. Pearlfeet has a London address, but no phone number to contact, and no one answered my multiple emails. Within a couple of days after I complained to my cc company, Pearlfeet finally responded, and asked that I give them a few days to deliver the goods. I said, no, I would like to cancel the order, and heard nothing back. Two weeks later, I still hadn't gotten the order and assumed the order had been cancelled. Then I received the two items I had ordered several days apart, with a return address for "Jon," no last name, from a residential address in Auburn, AL. When I emailed Pearlfeet and told them I had cancelled the order and asked them how to send back the items, they told me that maybe I should keep them since I'd have to pay return postage to China, and couldn't simply send them back to the return address on the package I'd received. There was some back and forth emailing after that, but Pearlfeet gave up after I had sent them the bar code and packaging they'd requested. I would NEVER do business with them. The shoes I ordered have mostly ungusseted lace holes, which tore as soon as I tried to tighten the laces. The quality is SO poor, and I can't seem to block their ads.

I ordered three pairs on june 26th and i have not received them yet, one month later. The tracking system is anything but not a tracking system, I guess i was deceived!!! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. This seems to be a fake company. Do not buy here!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on June 5. They finally arrived on July 27. The tracking system on Pearlfeet is a joke so there was no way to get an ETA. One pair of sneakers was not at all what I ordered. Not even close. The other was poorly made and won't last a week. Don't buy here.

You better be sure about your shoe size! They won't exchange shoes that don't fit. They give you a line that their sizes are "true to size". I think they run small. Very poor customer service!

I wish I could put 0 stars. Ordered in mid-May (like many on this thread), starting sending emails in June when I remembered I should have received my order. Response back each time was to wait another 10 days, and would I accept 10% discount. I maintained a request for a refund from mid-July onward. Finally July 27th (today) emailed them again, tracking showed "something" relative to my order in Atlanta, but then I got the email saying my order had been delivered (which it had not). Fraudulent and criminal behavior; wish there was something more I could do than echo reviews from others.

Edit 8/11/2020: The shoes actually arrived a week or so ago after placing my order in May. (May --> end JUL). Shoes had the smell that other posters have mentioned that will not dissipate. The shoes are also 2-3 sizes too small (I am a 12, ordered the 12, and these shoes might fit someone who is a 9). So - all in all, disappointing experience with this brand; rating remains.

Shoes 2 sizes too small, 10 weeks to receive full shipment. Tried to return, could not contact their customer service. Attempted to go through PayPal for a refund. PayPal gave me an address to return the shoes but FedEx couldn't use the address for the return to China (not a good address). The shoes were shipped to me from Auburn, Alabama, why can't they be returned there? Thought PayPal would be more help but doesn't appear so, I'm disappointed in PayPal.

These are the most cheapest materials I have ever seen or even ever imagined.... Nothing like the description. All 4 pairs were 2 sizes too small and tried giving them away and NO ONE Wanted them. So cheap I couldn't even recycle them!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PEARLFEET.COM Trust me......

Took months to receive my shoes. When I received the first pair, item 152012, was very disappointed by the quality. Wore them twice and left them on the patio for one afternoon, got home and they shrunk from the sun. Received my second pair today, item 149398. Wrong product, not at all what I ordered. Completely disappointed!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes April 27 received 1 pr in July which was at least 2 sizes to small. Never received the 2nd or. Sent an email the responded told me to take a pic of the shoe with the size visible. Did that then received an email a day later saying the shoes were sent I should check with my neighbors. Nothing about corecting the wrong size. Multiple emails back to them no response. The return address is a gas station in Florida if I remember correctly. There is an article online about the gas station getting all sorts of returns they know nothing about. The companys a fraud, usually not the way I shop but due to Covid I found it convenient.
