SCAM ALERT DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS
My items arrived damaged and dirty, and they also lost a piece of furniture I shipped. They treated my goods as if they were trash, thrown into the back of a truck and mixed in with other people's items - the driver had no idea what was mine and what wasn't. It's now been over a month and they are still reviewing the case (while initially indicating that I would definitely receive compensation and that it would be resolved in two weeks) to determine whether I will be reimbursed and it's starting to feel like a scam as I can barely contact anyone who works here.
