Confirmed malfunction, goodwill credits, but no transparency

I spent nearly $6,000 on PeakPlay over a short period while experiencing repeated disconnections and error messages during gameplay. After weeks of support messages, PeakPlay eventually confirmed the issue was tied to its third-party geolocation provider and that failed location “pings” could remove me from games while playing.
PeakPlay ultimately credited my account with more than 10% of my total spend as a goodwill credit for the inconvenience. I appreciated that, but the bigger issue was transparency.

PeakPlay also claimed its development team completed a review of my account activity and that all games had been fully resolved. When I asked for the underlying session logs, error records, round outcomes, auto-resolution records, and geolocation verification records supporting that conclusion, they did not provide them.

They initially framed the issue as a third-party studio delay and said the logs were “not standard protocol.” Relax Gaming later confirmed in writing that it acts only as a processor for Rubystone Play LLC and that Rubystone is responsible for responding to the data access request.
Customers should know this: if you experience technical issues, PeakPlay may offer goodwill credits, but in my experience they would not provide the records needed to verify what happened during malfunctioning gameplay.

I would not spend significant money on this platform unless you are comfortable relying on PeakPlay’s internal audit without being able to review the underlying data yourself.

Horrible customer service

Have been waiting about 5 days for redemption to process and messaged customer care as well with no response back. Super bad customer service and horrible redemption times as they do not redeem in the timeframe they say

Don't even bother with this site

Don't even bother with this site. They have the worst and I mean the WORST RTP you will ever see on online slots. I may have gotten a single bonus after over $1000 in deposits. The game providers they have are garbage as well. Barely any good games to play. They have ZERO promotions and their customer support is non existent. One of the worst sweeps casinos I've ever signed up for.

Smooth verification and prize redeemed…

Smooth verification and prize redeemed in less than 4 hours via skrill. Very pleased with support interaction.as well. Update...man i hate to be that guy...2nd redeem not so smooth..put in about 24 hours ago and no response and was attempting to speak with support about another issue with no response. Very dissapointing. Will update if a change.

Does this scale go higher than 5?!?

I honestly don't understand this rating. If I could go higher than five stars I would. They got some pretty awesome games and the customer service is exemplary, responding back both on website chat and in email until business was handled. I deposited five and cashed out $2,700 and only reason it took a couple of days was on me... I used a different email for my skrill account than my game account. Not saying that payout is instant but when I messaged back when I fixed it it was. When I fix my problem and messaged it was within 2 minutes. Y'all please don't leave bad reviews for these companies just starting trying to make it because they don't pay yesterday for you. If that's what you want then go to bitcoin Casino or Casino casino. That's why these type of platforms are legal for the rest of us to play and writing bad review can't change that but negatively affects countless people's jobs have nothing to do with that

I was skeptical about playing when i…

I was skeptical about playing when i signed up for the first time. I reached 70 dollars and decided to cash out to see how this was going to play out. I messaged them and they said someone would get back with a response withing two hours, and the next day it went to sometime today, i never heard from them until 2 days later. However once i discovered they had a phone number, i called and left a message which was on a saturday and they responded by Sunday letting me know they received my message. Not alot of games, but the potential to win. In the response they did thoroughly explain the redemption process and i really appreciated that and won't agitate the situation again if it happens, knowing what to expect now. I did recieve a pay out. My only complaint is faster responsed should be top priority of fixing because all of the other social casinos respond instantly most of the time. In their defense they are new and im sure still correcting, changing and rearranging things as they come up to provide a smooth gaming experience. I hope they do well and can fix it all. Its worth playing now and i am going to honor my word by giving a satificatory review and to continue to play. I trust this platform and has my approval. Thanks

SCAM

Cashed out $400 on the free spins and then deposited some money and got to another $500. The second time trying to cash out after 5 days and asking me for all kinds of documents and verification they sent me this with no explanation and refused my cash out.

Pros: Games are fun, redeem doesn't take too long. Cons: No daily SC. After buying lots of credits over a few weeks, told "no" when asked about free play. No daily coins offered. No incentives.

I know this platform is new but it’s…

I know this platform is new but it’s good and honest! We are all cautious at first but I was able to play and get my redemption within 2 days. This platform don’t have many reviews so I’ll be the first to say the games are great with a nice variety and the payouts are also fair. The customer service is also amazing.

Probably not the best idea to play here.

Not sure whether the slots they offer are legitimate to be honest. I have never been even the slightest bit close to cashing out here. In fact, amongst all the casinos I play at I have by far the worst "luck" here. I am not the trusting type, and when I see things I see nowhere else, like horrible payouts on bonuses over and over, when it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its probably a duck. And in this case, its probably a rigged horrible casino with no chance to win and you should probably avoid it.

Be careful

The customer service team seems nice. But they rarely respond to emails except between two hours every day. I have a $900 redemption in limbo since last Friday. I sent in all documentation to receive it but they stopped responding and I’m now at risk of being out $900

Be careful

Be careful. The only option for withdrawal is Skrill. Unfortunately I don’t have the ability to use Skrill and their bank account withdrawal does not work. I have tried three different bank accounts and each bank gets an error saying they cannot process. I now have money stuck in this. Customer service seems nice, but they only respond by email between the hours off 4pm and 5 pm pst. They do not respond to their live chat. I imagine if you have a Skrill account you will be OK, but otherwise I would not trust that you can withdraw your money.
