I'm 78 years old

I'm 78 years old, and very hard to find shoes that do not hurt my feet. I ordered my shoes on the 7th of May and received them on the 13th of May. No longer than, if I had ordered from the U.S., and they arrived from Singapore. I bought to wear around the house, instead of my heavy clunkers. They were amazing, and I love them.

The shoes are great terrible customer service

The shoes are great. They have certainly helped with my neuropathy but their customer service is terrible. I tried to return two pair because the colts I got were nothing like their ads. They let me keep them and said they’d send me another selection for only $10. Their delivery service could figure out how to get the shoes to me after trying to deliver to my office on Saturday. They said they’d be delivered on the next business day. After several tries, I gave up.

Never buy Peak Shirs

I bought 3 pairs, they hurt my feet and caused pain in my legs. I contacted the speak company, I had only worn one pair. I wanted to retand a refund. They told me I would have to pay to return or I could keep and they would give me a 30% coupon for future purchases. I can’t afford to send them back but don’t want a coupon as I will never buy from them again. I will donate to the homeless. Would never buy again from this company who doesn’t support customer support. Worst shoes I ever tried.

I ordered shoes November 2nd. As of today November 14th, I have not received an satisfactory response I am told there are in transit and there seems to be zero progress. Where are my shoes?

I believe this so called company is a scam.

Run away

Run, in whatever shoes you own, run away from this scam company! Shoes were similar to pool shoes and returns are a joke-China, are you kidding me?
There should be that information clearly stated before you purchase. $60 lesson, once again, too darn trusting!

I have been trying to get a hold of…

I have been trying to get a hold of Peak Footwear and have had NO success. If you’re shoes are so amazing, make it available for everyone to reach you. Mailbox is full, does that mean lots of complaints and peaks footwear isn’t responding to anyone. What a waste of money. Also, they are NOT true to size

If I could leave no stars I would

If I could leave no stars I would. I have been waiting for my shoes for almost 3 weeks and I never go a tracking order, only a order number which is absolutely no help at all. The same response is what I get and no help from this company. I have been scammed by peak footwear for 85 dollars and im not happy. This company lies and it is fraud. All I got from peak footwear is 85 dollars less in my bank account. Beware of this company as I am going to try to have them shut down for fraudulent purposes.

This feels like a scam company

This feels like a scam company. Purchased shoes, they arrived (after a long wait as sent from China). Quality awful and way too big even though supposedly the right size. Website states money back guarantee but to get a refund you have to pay to return to China. The alternative offered was 40% discount on another pair. The cost of the return was almost the same as the shoes. Avoid at all costs!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wanted to return the shoes because of bad fit and was told that for a refund or exchange I would have to pay the return postage to ASIA!!! That would cost more than the shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

After I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and my…

After I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and my credit card was charged I never received any order confirmation or any shipping information. Only reason I put 2 stars is someone did actually respond to my inquiry a couple days later and gave me the order number and told me that they were being held in customs. So now it’s been a month since I ordered them for physical therapy I’m having after a surgery. Ive since had to purchase other shoes instead of receiving these in a gracious amount of time. I just sent another message requesting a refund and who knows if that’ll happen! Out $114 and no product. I too believe their reviews on their website are fake and inaccurate!
So currently still waiting for a response but I can almost guarantee that I’ve wasted my money entirely!

Terrible

Terrible! They advertised 2 for the price of 1….. I was charged for 2 size 6.. which I did not order… I ordered so. 8….I received 1 pair, size 8… 2 pair size 6…. Was charged for $86.43 for the 2 pair of size 8, which I received 1 pair. $ 69.14 for the 2 pair of size 6, which is bogus, I never ordered these.. I have received very nice e mails so far, saying this matter will be resolved within a two week time frame. NEVER AGAIN! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice SHAME ON ME! I have severe back pain and took a chance… they did a great job with ads, unscrupulous people!!

Yodel and Peak Footwear

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and was told they were being delivered by Yodel, I tracked the order only to find that Yodel said they could not find it, Peak Footwear told me to get in touch with Yodel to return the parcel to them and I would then get a refund.
Quite honestly think this is a scam that I have been caught out in

Was excited - UNTIL

Was excited to receive my order - until they arrived. Ordered a size 11 and what I got was a pair marked as 42 but were really a size 9. Took pictures of their shoe besides my size 11 shoes to show the difference. They said for a refund I needed to return them to an address in China. Which would cost more than what I paid for the shoes. Then they tried to sell me a new pair at a discount. Then they said they’re trying to set up a return center in the US, but, don’t see that happening. Will try to sell them online. If you want to buy barefoot shoes spend a little extra and purchase where you can try them on. Hope this helps.
